What is Casey Anthony?

Someone requested my views on the recent show made based on the Casey Anthony trial, well here it is. And below are a few articles on the subject of the "reason" for Caylee's death.

I spent some time debating on how I wanted to start with this topic. It is a very rough and untouchable topic for many people, so I am going to start with this. If Casey Anthony did kill Caylee Anthony then I can empathize with her on what got her to that point. I don't agree with what she did- if she did kill Casey (which I believe she did).

I spend 24-7 with my kids, I deal with them when they are at their best and when they are at their worst, and when they are at their worst I am at my worst. I have done things to them out of anger that I am not proud of (not beating just yelling, but regrettable all the same).  So I can understand when a person gets to that point with their kids where they don't think they can handle their kids anymore. I have been there (I had a colicky newborn and a 2 year old, trust me, I've been there.) So I can emphasize with her on what got her there, but what she did afterwards is not ok.

If your kids are driving you insane or you just cant handle them anymore then you need to ask for help. The solution is not to kill the kid, there are other options a permanent one that still allows them to have a life is adoption, I'm sure there are many people who have been adopted out that would say they would rather that then to be dead (but of course there is always someone who doesn't feel that way).

So now to my original question, what is Casey Anthony? Well for one, she is no longer a mother, and it is sad that she ever was one. But what she clearly is now, is a liar, a manipulator, a soul less monster, an evil person, possibly a murderer, and a free but no doubt haunted woman.

The thing with this trial is the only person who seemed to be doing their job perfectly was Casey's defense attorneys. I think the prosecution got cocky because it clearly seemed like an open and closed case. They left things out, and didn't examine every angle because they were sure they were going to win. The medical examiner was cocky because she probably already believed there was substantial evidence to condemn Casey so she didn't perform the full autopsy. Their faults is what caused Casey to walk free. I don't think it had anything to do with her not being a murderer, I am sure she is a murderer.

That being said, I am not a doctor, nurse, medical examiner, or anyone in that field. But over my years I have been lead to believe that if someone drowns their is evidence that they drowned. (Not just the fact that they are floating in water) but physical evidence within or on their body. So if Caylee "drowned" like they said she did wouldn't her brain show a sign of hemorrhaging or something? Wouldn't it show some sign of damage like what happens to other people who almost drown but survive and then are left with permanent brain damage? So are they telling us there was no way to prove whether or not that happened to her? If the defense medical examiner was able to rule out suffocation because of no sufficient evidence then why was nobody able to rule out the story of Caylee drowning?

This is what happens when people get to cocky. Everybody knew Casey did it and was going to go to jail but obviously not enough time was spent trying to prove a reason why she did it because it seemed clear that she did. So because of cocky people a little girl does not get the proper justice she deserves and her shitty mother is out there and able to reproduce and possibly kill that next one too.

And you know what I have learned from all this? If I ever decide to kill someone I am using Casey Anthony's lawyer cause he knows what the heck he is doing!

  2. No problem! :) I will admit I really didn't keep up with her story much. I watch them give the verdict and a few clips once in a while but it was usually because that was on the TV when I turned it on. I really didn't care what the results where because I knew she did it. And I knew that in the end she would get hers. Obviously the justice system failed us this time, but now they know what they did wrong so it won't happen again (hopefully). And she may not have gotten the death penalty but she has gotten shunned from society and is now claiming bankruptcy because she can't afford to pay for herself. I have to say that in some way justice has been served, she will be a pariah from society for the rest of her life and hopefully she will die slowly from hunger. And then she can rot in hell like she is supposed to.
