So recently Mike told me he doesn't care if I hang out with guys. He used to be against it. There was even a time when we first started dating where we almost broke up because he asked me to stop talking to my guy friends and I refused. We stayed together and he learned to respect my choices on who I talk to. I figured out who the bad people where on my own, I didn't need someone telling me who I can and can't talk to.
But now. He tells me he is ok with me going and hanging out with guys. He says that he trusts me and doesn't care anymore. Well he doesn't not care but he knows I can make smart decisions on who and who not to hang out with. But I would say this is a big positive step. It's not like I am going to go hanging out with a bunch of guys now that he ok'd it. I have no desire to do that, but it's nice to know that he isn't worried about something that could happen but wont while I'm out. And honestly since my brother has been out of town I have been looking for a replacement for him! He was my nerd companion and now I only get him like once a month. So I'm searching for a new nerd compadre.
